Zero-Knowledge Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: MAY 11, 2026

SERAUM ("SERAUM", "we", "our", or "us") provides public OPSEC assets, including the SERAUM SIGNET and SERAUM ECLIPSE applications, as a service to mitigate cyber-physical risk. This Privacy Policy outlines our uncompromising stance on data collection.

Our core operational philosophy is Absolute Privacy and Zero-Knowledge Architecture. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. However, as detailed below, our applications are designed to mathematically isolate your data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not want your data. We do not collect your data.

Our applications operate entirely as a local, client-side tool. The applications are designed to sanitize identity documents (such as passports and identification cards, photos etc) locally on your device's hardware. At no point is your image, identity, or metadata transmitted to our servers or any third-party infrastructure.

2. Device Permissions Justification

To function as an on-device OPSEC tool, the applications require specific native permissions. We utilize these permissions strictly within the local memory sandbox of your device:

3. Log Data and Telemetry

Unlike standard commercial applications, SERAUM assets contain zero background telemetry, tracking scripts, or analytics engines. We do not log error reports, usage statistics, or IP addresses. Your usage of the applications leave no digital footprint on our infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services

Our public applications do not integrate with third-party advertising networks, cloud-processing APIs, or external data brokers. The sanitization logic (including cryptographic watermarking and MRZ degradation) is hardcoded and executes locally.

5. Data Security

Because the applications are "air-gapped" from our servers, the security of the data rests entirely on the physical security of your device. Once an image is sanitized and exported, we strongly advise utilizing the applications' [ INCINERATE ] function to immediately purge the raw, unsecured image from your local device memory.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Given our zero-knowledge architecture, we do not collect personally identifiable information from any user, regardless of age.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal or operational protocol. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

8. Secure Communications Channel

If you have any questions or suggestions about our Zero-Knowledge Privacy Policy, or require premium operational consulting, contact our Directors directly via secure channels.
